This is my home away from home. Small, intimate classes creates enough one on one attention while developing relationships with others in class. Classes are available for all skill levels, and mixed level classes providencatered options to all levels. Don't be intimidated to try something new! Come have fun with us!
Kayra, Jess and Jen are fantastic teachers. Every class you get one on one coaching and they always meet you where you are at. They push you to achieve your goals and beyond. They make you feel empowered. Also as human beings in general they are stellar. The whole finesse family is supportive.
Amazing instructors and a clean, comfortable environment!! If you’re looking for somewhere to learn pole as a beginner this is your place. My first 1 hr class felt like 5 minutes because it was so much fun & it was such a good workout my muscles were burning for a week. Really thorough warmups to keep you from hurting yourself (: These girls know what they’re doing ! ❤ufe0f
