I telephonically confirmed an appointment with Alicia Thomas on a Sunday morning at our storefront office to address any issues or concerns with the tax return. After waiting 2 hours no one showed up. I realize I am not perfect but have an excellent reputation in this community of jackson hewitt tax offices for help others. Roy Fabian

Terrible! They did not report one of my children for the child tax credit! When I spoke to the area director. he was absolutely horrible to speak with. I believe his name is Ravi - Paul Ramsingh. We refused to believe Roy had made a mistake.
