Just got off of the phone with Ashley at SSA Columbus. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I wish our tag agency was as nice and quick to resolve the issue.

I called them in February and the Representative got upset cause I was asking her questions about my TAXES I TOLD HER TO CALL DOWN!! cause this my money I was asking about NOW it's MAY I still can't get through to talk to anyone, I need my money during this Pandemic!!! Let me get some type of results without attitude!!! Get better Employees

I went here about a year ago , glad to see we all had the same experience with this very rude gentleman & I truly hate rudeness. Please let him go IRS office .
