Rude rude rude pharmacy staff. I was embarrassed by they way they spoke to everyone. They act like it was an inconvenience that we were there - this includes the pharmacist who didn’t even bother to ask our name.nThe store staff is very nice and very friendly but all the rude pharmacy staff should be let go. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind but that’s too much to ask from All of them.
The staff is friendly, and I can get my script filled pretty quickly. I never do shopping here because it's way too overpriced, or I would rate higher.
You have to make sure you tell them to use an RX discount card ,they will say they used it but did not
The CVS Pharmacy in Forsyth, GA is WONDERFUL! The people are so helpful and kind!
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Start off by saying that I work at a different location of CVS and so I know all the policies and things. My location is farther away and this one is a 10 minute drive. First, the employee that was working the register did not know how to do a return without a receipt. She called Tony to the front and he proceeded to tell me that “it’s not in his store policy to do returns without a receipt,” which I know doing a return without a receipt is 100% possible. Not to mention that Tony was also rude while speaking. Seemed like he couldn’t care less to be working or helping customers. I’ve only been to this location one other time and had a great experience. Shame that the experience isn’t the same with different employees.
