Food was good. Slow drive thru but it was during lunch time
This McDonald's is incredibly slow. More often than not the order is wrong.
Worst McDonald’s ever! I like to give people a chance but we went through the drive through at 6:45 am employees in the building no one would take the order. Went to the window and employees looked at us as we are asking them if they are open. No response. Who does that in public service? A no shake your head a response something! Wow wow wow. Other people wanted to get breakfast. How does a manager or owner respond to this type of service?
Pulled in at 11:45 after being on a long trip and looking for something still open. Was glad to see they closed at midnight. Pull up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes to be told they were out of everything. Really?? EVERYTHING?? I realize it’s closing time, but don’t lie and say you’re out of everything when you really just want to go home. Wendy’s was happy to serve us!
Ask for sauce 3 times, never got any.. THE LAST 4 TIMES I have been there. They said it was in the first bag, checked it was not. Gave me a second bag guy at the window said it was in that one!!! None.. check you bags, never have I ever been through McDonalds in Monroe and they get your order right!
