She is really sweet and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Even called to offer a rescheduled date since it was raining and didn't want to take my money for a style that wasn't going to last. Hair is silky straight and ends look good! I came here not knowing I would permanently continue my hair journey at this salon. I came in and my hair was beyond damaged.Mrs.Monique fixed it,I came back in another occasion because I damaged my hair with bleach ,over processing,color she fixed that too . I have continued to come back every since. In Nov/Dec she also installed my micro-links and continued to service my hair into a healthy stage . During my pregnancy I experienced shedding and she has still continued to be available,reliable and a tremendous help with saving my hair. I love it here. She has numerous of other stylists who service other styles as well.I have tried two others and they were great . I would definitely recommend this shop ...I’m very picky about who cares for my hair. If you want healthy hair ,this is the place !!
Booked an appointment online for one set price and she did not inform me that because I had natural hair the service would cost an additional $35. This upcharge is not listed on Style Seat. Not sure if she hustled me or if she's just too disorganized to properly maintain an online booking system. Style came out nice but sadly I wont be back nor recommend to others...
Tiffany was very professional, she did her thing on my hair and I loved it. She is a people person which I love and she's all about teamwork. My husband also loved the style sha gave me. I will be returning to her in the future. Thanks Tiffany.
Mrs. Monique establishment was very clean and she is very professional. She did an amazing job on my haircut. She has given me life and I am loving my new hair-do....
