As someone who has never been particularly fit, finding a gym was daunting! But the second I stepped into Strike Hard, I knew I'd found the perfect place for me. Karen asked all the right questions before starting my training, everyone is always so kind and encouraging. I feel challenged every time I step in, but never overwhelmed or defeated. I couldn't recommend this place more! The staff truly cares, and they feel like a second family. The facilities are wonderful, and have everything one could need. The time I spend there has become highlight of my week, and its incredibly rewarding.

From the moment I walked into Strike Hard I felt welcomed. The athletes are friendly to new people and the coaches take time to get to know every athlete’s physical abilities. Yes, there are prescribed workouts but everything is also scalable and able to be modified for individual physical fitness levels. There’s encouragement, not yelling, from coaches and other athletes. Strike Hard is like a family where you’re missed if you’re gone and happily welcomed when you come back. Keeping with the family atmosphere, kids of any age are welcome and there’s a safe place for them to play.

I am in love with this gym! I have been having such an amazing experience at Strike Hard Crossfit that I just don't want to ever leave! The coaches are well-educated, but we also have fun while we are still getting in a structured effective workout! If you ever move to GA, but especially near Hinesville, This gym is hands down the best!

I love going to Strike Hard Crossfit because everyone is so friendly, it feels like a second family! The coaches pay attention to detail so they make sure you are doing the movements correctly. Plus I am able to bring my kids and don't have to worry about daycare fees or who would watch them. If you want to try Crossfit for the first time, I would recommend going here! As I didud83dude01
