They had a liter of pumpkin spice latte to make it at home. I love this stuff. Besides that great service.

This is a pretty nice location. They move with a purpose and have a sense of urgency. This is helpful being on a military installation. The servers are friendly and work well with each other from what I can see.

This location does not know how to follow instructions or make drinks properly.nnI ordered a grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and I asked for the drink to be layered (espresso should be on the bottom and oatmilk should be on top), and the Starbucks rep said ok.nnUpon pulling up to the drive through window, it was clear they didn't follow the instructions. I've been to many Starbucks in different states, none of them have an issue with this. They remade the drink, but said they added extra ice. Did I ask for extra ice? If I wanted extra ice, I would have said so.nnIn the end, I had to go and settle for a drink not made properly.

I have been to this location four times total. Each time my drinks have not come out right. The cashier was not friendly and asked why I didnt want a certain coffee. It’s because it is brewed overnight and ITS NOT WHAT I WANT. She wouldn’t listen to my order which caused her to be confused. Thankfully when he lady making the drink asked, she understood immediately what I wanted. I will not be back to this location because the staff doesn’t listen to orders being taken and I usually have to say them three times, the third time is after they mess it up. Also as I am sitting here writing the review, the lady looks at my phone, then looks at me.
