You charge an outrageous amount, even more than what I owe back to the state of GA, your rep was rude and took almost 3 hours to file our taxes, didn’t tell us what we owed until the end and felt obligated to pay that much, And had to ask help from other employees multiple times on how to file our forms. I feel like we got screwed over and now we our out almost 600$ just because we “chose” keyword CHOSE to file with your company. I promise we will never file again and will urge others not to do so if they actually value their money and time.
