Not saying that every taxpayer needs more training in this office however, the one that prepared our taxes needs additional training. First off if you don't know something don't assume you know just ask it want count against you, second don't rush to benefit your time do your job that your paid to do and lastly to the tax preparer just imagine how many families you have affected do to your negligence. We thankful that another preparer took care off us. Much respect to the new tax preparer!! See you next year.

H&R Block has been preparing our taxes for several years. We always received professional and courteous service and never had a problem with a tax return.

I've been with HR Block for almost 15 yrs. I've never had a problem but rates keep going up for a simple form is almost 400 now. Should get a discount

Tax Prep Person Didnt ask enough questions i just sat there she didn't ask if I paid for my Medical ins. she didn't ask about my children and how much I put in Daycare or if I even pay daycare i am also in school and paying for it and she didn't ask about that
