they charged me$10.00 anminute& told me i didnt havento file.they said i only had tonfile to get my stimulus check.nthis place is a major ripoffni feel like i got ROBBED.nI FEELsorry for anyonenthat uses h&r block. I willnNEVER use them againnAvoid h&r block at all cost.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They messed up our taxes, charged us for things we didnt get, and now we're having to go in and sit for another hour and a half in the office to get everything fixed. Our taxes are now delayed because of the mess up, so who knows how long it will take to get them back. Been going there for 13 years, and this was the final straw. Being charged over $500 to do our taxes and then they screw them up. I will tell everyone I meet to never use HR block.

My family has been going there for years ! But No more ! Our tax preparer wore a mask at first then gradually everyone in the building was not wearing a mask or practicing distancing and even laughing at the fact a coworker had covid last week and was helping out this week with no mask to prepare taxes...Haha. If you think Covid 19 is a joke go to Commerce HR Block, they just lost 4 customers.
