The food is always good and service is good too .very nice but food is overpriced.

Absolutely amazing!!! I don’t normally ever write reviews but all I can say is WOW!! I came here about 3 months ago and the food was absolutely terrible and the place was beyond disgusting. I never thought I’d come back, until my husband really wanted some Texas style barbecue and we’ve also had some bad experiences with Shane’s so I hesitantly agreed to try this place again after some word of new management and staff in the store. We both loved the thought and decoration put into the dining area. We both got 2 meat plates one with Brisket and Chicken and the other Brisket and Pulled Pork. The food tasted amazing, actually had the saught after smoky taste to it you expect barbecue to have that it was lacking last time. The place was 100% cleaner and the staff 100% more organized and observant to customers and the food. Great service and great food!! A little bit pricey but the environment experience and taste of the food was worth it. We would both recommend. The place has really turned around for the better.

Disappointed to see this place go so downhill. Walked in at 2:45 on a Sunday (after trying to visit several times lately during normal hours only to find them closed), and was turned away. There were people dining and waiting for their order. The person said they were getting ready to close. I think it important to support restaurants and small businesses during this time, but if this is how this place is run now (look at other horrorible reviews lately) then they need to shut down and make way for a well run business. Don't waste your time here anymore.

I was waiting in this store for over 30 minutes to get my small order.. ie..Sandwich.. there was only one person in the store working. There was only one customer in front of me. The young adult that was working there was very slow and was in no hurry to get to the customers.. The employee had no general direction or order in which to get things done. He was basically being directed by whatever customer came in last and had his attention. So.... long story short, I never received my simple sandwich. I hate this happened because I like the taste of the food at this chain.
