Visited the renovated place and it looks great! The bar is a great add-on, and buffet style is a better option than before. They give you the protein and noodles in separate containers and you get to add as much broth as you want! The small drink selection isn’t bad since they brought back only the favorites! A welcome sign/enter here sign would be great.n—-nSo I’m not sure if management had changed but the service isn’t good. There were multiple times where I had ordered food and it doesn’t get served till 40-45 mins later. The items on the menu are great, they just need more servers.

If you are expecting the same awesome Pho experience before the renovation into “Johns Pho”, the standards have dropped tremendously.nMy boyfriend and I attended their grand opening tonight, and we’re surprised to see they have converted into a “Bar style” Pho place. (There was no beer menu anywhere) We gave them a lot of leniency at first, but after they messed up my order twice, and my boyfriends sandwich had a tiny piece of meat, I do not believe that the owners cared that we did not have a good experience. We ended up leaving right after we got our food, after of course the card system wasn’t working. THIS IS NOT SAIGON DELI ANYMORE! Will not be coming back, and finding another Pho place.

The best Pho I've ever had. The service was amazing. The broth and ingredients were extremely fresh. Everything was portioned well that I didn't feel like I ate too much or too little. Would 10/10 recommend.

First time trying Pho and was very impressed. My husband had both steak and chicken bowls and said both were great. I had steak and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked so when you add the broth it’s the perfect done-ness. The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and welcoming. Gave us the history on Pho which I thought was nice. The cold brews were amazing my husband said (I’m not a coffee drinker), there were 4 different kinds he tried. Will be coming back in the near future for sure.

First, customer service was fantastic! Will be going again to try coffee and tea beverages that were recommended. I ordered pork rolls that were reallyyyy good and substantial in size. The order came with two and I ate one in order to have leftovers. My shrimp Banh-mi was excellent. A friend ordered the Pho and said it was good (upon observation, seemed a bit smaller portion than what I'm used to with Pho). Overall, my food was lovely, and we will be back!
