My Daughter had an amazing hair cut that she loved and I loved! She has been cutting her hair short for many years, and this is by far the best one. I recommend this place. The guy -I don’t remember his name- did the cut and he is really great! Will be coming back

After many many months of contemplation, I have decided to write this review. A few months ago, my mother wanted to treat me to a new hair do before I returned home from the holidays. I am giving this salon a 2.5 (review won’t let me do half stars) for my experience. When I arrived I had asked for my color to be a bright caramel color balayage with a long bob cut. After explaining this to my stylist, she didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining so she brought another stylist over and I explained it to her. (Was a bit of a communication barrier) This stylist seemed to understand what I had requested and relayed it back to my original stylist. After reexplanation, it seemed all was well. My stylist did a rough cut of my hair prior to color and said, “I’ll come back and touch up after your color.” I was okay with that as well. When she was doing my color, I started looking at the clock. It dragged on and on. By the time my foils were done, there were sooo many my head could not fit under the standard dryer. By the time we made it to process and gloss, I had been there for five hours. I have never had a color process take that long, even with having thick hair. When she did the final rinse of my hair, it was strawberry blonde...I was in shock. It was not what I had asked for, explained or showed the stylist at all. Then, immediately after that final rinse the stylist rushed to blow dry and style my hair, completely not finishing the actual cut. Throughout this process, it felt as though the stylist had completely forgotten what I had requested and had lost interest in what she was doing. When she was finally done, I had been there almost seven hours, hungry, exhausted and lost. Though the color work looked okay, the cut was incomplete, not what I asked for and I just felt a bit lost. Also, it was extremely overpriced, and the cut was not included in the color service. Most salons in the area include that in the color service. All this to say, I did not get what I had asked for and I will not be returning to this salon.nnUpdate: See salon’s response below. ...nnTo the salon: Your response shows assumption and not listening to your customer. You have no idea how bad it felt to walk through the airport with roughly colored hair, I was stared at and gawked at by random strangers. The industry standard in that area is to include styling/cut into the color service. I had to get my hair fixed when I got back home to TX.

I went in for a trim and the lady showed me how much she would cut off and way more was cut off than what I had asked for and what she showed me. She also mostly used thinning shears to do the haircut and it just seemed like she was randomly hacking away at my hair. I do not recommend this place.

My before and after ud83dude01 I came in for an appointment with a bad haircut that I had. Lynn worked with it and did an amazing Job ud83dude01 My hair is thick and not easy to work with if you have thick hair and you're struggling to find a someone good. 10/10 recommend to everyone, we absolutely love Lynn, Ben, and Sonny!!! They are the best hairstylists and are always a joy to see. Rigo and I appreciate you all so much!
