First time we went we were the only people in the store. Took 30 minutes for one drink, a waffle & some calamari. The calamari was clumped together. As we we're waiting one of the employees took it upon themselves to make a waffle for themselves while the other thought it was for us. No communication between the employees & no concern for getting orders done first. Second time we tried to do a delivery order, but it appears they took our money & ran. No status update, no drinks & they don't have a working phone number or respond to chat. This is clearly fraud & the charges will be disputed. I can not recommend even trying this place. Do yourself a favor & go to another milk tea place in town, they're worth it, not these guys.

Ive been a regular guest here for one year. The drinks are always wonderful- I recommend the Strawberry Banana smoothie in Large. The small cups are really small. However, they lost some stars from me because I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 smoothies when I was the only guest in the store on a Monday night. I dont know if this is a training issue or if they were understaffed, but I hope management looks into it.

Was just in the area and dropped in. The woman working was extremely nice and helped me pick out a drink. I ended up getting a passion fruit green tea and it is was behind delicious. Will definitely be back to try some other things on the menu.

Do not come here! I had a terrible experience, and will never come back to this or any location. They didn’t have pho as advertised on their website. They were out of both black and crystal boba. It took a more than 30 minutes for them to make 2 teas for us. The matcha was the foulest thing I have ever tasted; I threw it away after one sip and washed out my mouth. The staff was incompetent.

I wish I knew this place existed sooner! The Golden Sunrise tea is fantastic and they were even able to recommend something for my husband to enjoy.nnThe service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back!
