They helped with my wife's residence case on 4/17 to 2/20.Everything was fine until the appointment in CD juarez. My wife was denied. So s&s associates continued too help. We sent paper work they requested 3 different times being declined everytime. So eventually they told me they would not be able too help anymore. So at the time I asked for a partial refund too which they never responded. From my experience hire an immigration lawyer from the beginning. Do not recommend to go with s&a associates.
