I spoke to Mr. James This morning about some questions about my title. He gave me the amount and checked for valid insurance without hesitation. Only thing they are by appointment base only so it that’s the only thing that sucks.
Horrible as always, website says no appointments needed. Get there not busy at all just for the people to make an appointment. Even after showing them thier own website, they said your phone is wrong every phone is different. Then said call and complain if you want.
Went in person to get tag decals. Took our money and said would mail them. Have not received. Why could the lady not staple the decal to our tag statements as usual when we go in person? She took our money, so what was the problem? Very perturbed!
Seriously, I have to have an appointment to get a tag,you should be a shamed of how pathetic that is, complete incompetent government.you got a one star because I can't give you a zero, we will be voting this incompetent tax commissioner out of office.
I called with a couple question and the lady was very patient and detailed. When I went in person they were able to help me in a timely manner.
