I have filed my tax refund here for 2 years and I have never known of any place charging for an estimate. It took them than 2 minutes to get the estimate that is absolutely ridiculous. I have two years doing my tax refund here and didn't know of any place that will charge for an estimate. That it takes less than two minutes to give me the estimate. This is ridiculous.

DO NOT GO TO THE GREEN HOUSE! I just filed my taxes and just found out that they scammed me. They are not honest with their clients; In addition to paying to file my taxes, they stole money from the statements I should have been receiving. My returns made no sense was very low and I went back to them to notify them that the return was not correct. All they said was that they regretted it, it was filed. The owner of the place is Laura López and, in my paperwork, she has the name of Laura Lopez, but she is not the one who declared my taxes, she did another lady. She put Laura's name instead of putting her name legally.nnDO NOT GO TO THE GREEN HOUSE !!! I just filed my taxes and just learned that I have been ripped off. They are not honest with their clients; ontop of paying for them to file my taxes they stole money from the returns I should have been getting. My returns did not make sense and I went back to them to notify them that the return was not right. All they said was sorry, it has been filed. The owner of the place is Laura Lopez and and on my paperwork it has the owners name on it, but she is not the one who filed instead of doing the legal thing to write down the persons name who actually filed my taxes they wrote someone elses name on it.
