If I could give this CPA a -1 I would! He basically took our money with no service! He said he made phone calls and sent emails to us for communication but we did not have that documentation. He dropped the ball and just did not help us. When I came to the office to get our file he wouldn’t even give me copies of certain documentation and had the audacity to say he would have to charge me!! Really?! I just took my file and left. Sad. I pray he is retired Bc he does not need to be in business.

Charlie helped us navigate the issues surrounding settlement of an estate. Great advice but just a little bit on the slow side.
