Stopped by and spoke with a gentleman that was very friendly, helpful and informative about the facility. After giving it some thought I returned to set things up. Charlie(who was not the person I previously spoke with) and who isn’t really that good with customer service and is extremely rude, quoted me a substantially higher rate. I asked Charlie when did the rates go up, he responded today. I then proceeded to look at the website and the rates. The rates that Charlie quoted were even higher than the rates on the website. My question is, what are the actual rates for this facility and can we get Charlie some customer service lessons?
Nice storage space. Facility is clean and the front desk was helpful and informative
This is my first year here. The facility is maintained professionally. The grounds are clean and the location is excellent! I am very happy so far. Customer service allows me to speak to someone if there is an issue or I have a question.
Great place and Charlie and Steve know everyone and their cars. Clean facility, well climate controlled and generator back up. Trickle charges used as well.
The space to store my truck is perfect, plenty of room, easy to get in and out as needed and very clean. Really enjoy Steve and Charlie who manage the facility, helpful and great to deal with.
