The young lady who answered my call on 3/27/21 around 6:30 PM had a terrible attitude. I decided to end the call. And place my order at the Pleasant Hill location which has superb customer service. I don’t mind driving extra miles for great service.

Marco's pizza is the best! This location is the closest to my home, and the old world pepperoni is the way! They throw me back to breaks from repairing iphones with the Geek Squad back home.nThe woman on the phone (whose name I did not catch) was incredibly polite, patient, and very understanding of my frustration regarding coupons from other Marco's locations. She listened, heard what I was calling for, and suggested an item at the similar cost.nWhomever owns this location has not only trained her well, but she deserves a raise for her patience. If these coupons were accepted regardless of location, I could justify a 5 star review.

Pizza was good, as expected from Marco's. There is a sign at the entrance that masks are required, and you're adviced to stand 6 feet apart from others. There was one employee, though, that wasn't wearing a mask and taking orders less than 6 feet from customers and preparing pizza, all without a mask. She was very nice, but how do you require masks yet have employees working and doing all sorts of tasks without a mask???

They were the only ones open on Christmas and even though they were busy as hell, they responded to us professionally and catered to our needs.nThe pizza was freshly made and delicious too

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Didn’t hear the doorbell because we were playing music. The driver called apparently but I couldn’t understand what the hell she was saying.nnCalled the manager and he hung up. The customer service is terrrrrrible. Go to a different pizza place. I’ve never had an issue with dominosnnUPDATE: tried this location again to give them a second chance. No one would answer the phone.. once I got through I was put on hold. I decided to drive there.. was on hold the entire time until I got to the store. NO CUSTOMERS WERE THERE. Employees were just on their iPhones doing nothing while I waited on hold.nnStill a terrible pizza place. Trash employees
