NO MASKS WORN BY WORKERS! Visited this location today 11/13/20 @ 5:00p. The Manager did not have on a mask either and he seemed high on something. Only 2 of the 5 staffers wore masks while prepping food orders. Aren't restaurant workers REQUIRED to wear masks at all times??.
I have been ordering there frequently the past couple weeks because they always have great service, in particularly, the manager Walter is always happy to help and makes sure that if anything is wrong it is fixed promptly with no complaints. He’s such a great team member and seems like a hard worker.
I called in an order for delivery for my family and whoever took my order got it COMPLETELY wrong, luckily their GM was there and was very understanding and fixed my order, I asked him what his name was and he told me Walter, My family and I are very thankful for Walter and can’t wait to order again.
Loved the excellent service from Walter. Very satisfied will be back.
If I could give them no stars I would. The manager literally just hung up on me because I asked for a refund after having to call back up there to ask for them to correct my order and she had an attitude and asked if we were serious because she was busy. That is very unprofessional. If you make a customers food incorrectly it is your responsibility to fix it. Very disappointed in this establishment. This is the second issue I have had with them and having management be rude.
