James is one of the best strength coaches in the country. He creates a truly unique environment with a healthy mix of fun yet hard work at the same time to to get you to exceed your goals. Elite iron is the best best gym and 24 hour access also. No place better to train
James Townsend is a fabulous strength coach. I am in my early sixties and he seems to have the knowledge to deal with people of all age ranges. Not to mention I was a novice when I started with him back in September 2019. In that time through his coaching I have set 9 state records and one American record in power lifting. I would highly recommend a Elite Iron.
I can’t imagine a better coach than James Townsend and not a better place to train with awesome people that truly care about you and your growth! I have never felt the vibe like I do at Elite Iron & SP. 5 stars all the way!
Definitely THE place to go if you’re looking for a powerlifting facility. There are more racks and plates than you’ll ever need here. It’s also set up for olympic lifting, with men’s and women’s bars and calibrated bumper plates. James, the owner, is a phenomenal coach as well. Highly recommended!
Elite Iron has a positive and frenetic energy. There are plenty of platforms and racks in a cozy environment. There is a very convivial atmosphere. All of the equipment is in kilos that match competition grade. It is a great place to get fit and strong. I would highly recommend it to someone looking to commit to a serious routine.
