Amazing experience! We were greeted by the most friendly person, I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, but she was great! Asked our name, so friendly, and easily accommodated our requests with great communication! Same experience for the gentleman, Phillip at the window, he asked how our day was going and made the experience so nice! Not to mention our coffees were great and we barely had to wait! Definitely a great team they have there! We are headed on a long road trip and they started it off great!
I am LOVING this location. Quick and friendly! I’ve been 3x now and each time, the customer service has been outstanding. The first time I came through I happened to be having a bad morning and within moments they were able to put a smile on my face and turn it all around. Very vibrant, energetic and KIND staff. Find myself wanting to go back just for the smiles. Keep it up, y’all are AWESOME!
Oh thank you for being open &much closer to my home although my husband may not like it.. haha. So far we've had great service but when we were here on Saturday evening 13th my grande latte was not even full. My husband took lid off when we got home and it was about half full. This was close to closing time, other than that I've had no issues. As I write this, is just picked up a couple drinks for myself and my son via mobile ordering. Thank you again for offering thus far great service even though there was only one issue - the girl' at the drive thru was so sweet too when Mr husband and I went through.n#LetsGuide #coffee #theExchange #Starbucks
