Its Mcdonalds
I ordered from door dash last night after closing at work last night. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal with honey mustard packets, a strawberry and cream pie, and a sweet tea. Waited over and hour and a half for my food, and when it finally got there it was completely wrong. A fish filet sandwichud83eudd22, cold fries, an old apple pie, a sprite and no sauce... I didn’t even touch it. I literally just threw it away. How do you mess up an order that bad?ud83eudd74ud83dudc80
Dining room open but, still like eating in your car! Soggy fries, no napkins, no condiments, nor refills. Clearly no one is planning on ever returning to life before CV-19.
Arrived here at about 2am 3/27. Sign said drive thru is open 24hrs. There were already a couple cars who in the line who were waiting to order or already ordered. After waiting about 15min for my turn to order, I was told they were closed even tho they had taken the order for the car right in front of me. Told me the sign was incorrect and they close at 2am even though I’d been in line and they had taken about 3 orders in front of me after 2am. I’m not sure who was on shift or managing this location at this time but that’s not acceptable in my opinion. Take down the sign and update the info online.
