I'm updating my review for a few reasons but mainly because the customer service has improved and the quality has always been high here. Management pays attention and the team members that work here are fast efficient and friendly. My latest order was a green milk tea because the management said that's probably one of the healthier options and you know how I'm all about healthy so I definitely approve of this place and give them my two thumbs up and five star Google review approval. Best wishes to the owner and team members here and have a positive day.nnPrevious review: Bubble tea here is good. Young staff needs better management though. Ran out of tapioca pearls on sunny Sunday afternoon.

KFT is pretty consistent but the boba at this location sometimes isn’t fresh and hard. Overall not bad!

I usually don’t write reviews however this honestly just doesn’t sit right.nnBasically ordered my drink with the regular boba on the app. No problems at all untill I walked into the store. Usually I have no problems with this location and the staff is quite nice.nnThey informed me that they didn’t have boba at the time and I would have to wait 10 mins if I wanted it. I was offered a refund of .50¢ or to choice of another topping. I genuinely don’t understand how a business runs like this where you run out of your number one selling topping. I also don’t understand how the app doesn’t inform customers that at a location a current flavor or topping isn’t available. There are plenty of other food apps that do this and I find this incredibly smart.nnI know it’s not that big of a deal but come on do better.
