I enjoyed this and not just the drink but the experience. The location was kept up with, clean and tidy, the baristas were friendly and nice serving us with delight. Their is a policy here that rocks the boat making it a top notch place to try new things. I won't go into detail with that because honestly you should check it out yourself. Thank you Pearl's Tea!

The staff here is fantastic! Always great service - no matter who is taking / making your drink order. They always welcome you with a big welcome and smile. They always do such a phenomenal job with the drinks. My favorite drink is def. the white peach blossom milk tea with lychee jelly - so good and worth the try if you need a drink recommendation! Thank you, Suwanee staff for always being on top of your customer service and making some BOMB drinks.

The absolute best tasting boba and milk tea that you will find! I discovered Pearls Tea during 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Early on, they took strict precautions to ensure the safety of their employees and customers which immediately made me feel safe regarding food and drink standards. They’ve since opened their café for dine-in, and I remain astounded at how clean the store looks. The employees wash their hands immediacy after coming from the back room, and they use food safety gloves when necessary. You won’t find this level of sanitary at any other restaurant.nnThose points aside, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. The drink quality is out of this world and always consistent. I’ve never had a drink from here that I didn’t like. I’ll forever be a Pearls Tea customer and fan!

this place is seriously so good. It was very clean inside, and the staff was super friendly and helpful when I was ordering (esp bc we were having trouble deciding). The drinks were done pretty quickly despite our pretty big order. I really appreciate that the barista used a napkin to grab our straws for us, and that they use good quality non plastic straws! wasn't a huge fan of the taro, but everything else we got was ud83dudcaf. Can't wait to come back

My preference for coffee is black and that is how I did my rating. I ordered a black iced coffee and it was average. I would say it is better than Starbucks. I think this place mainly specialize in flavored sweet coffees.
