Love this place, but I don't love the confusing hours. On here it says 6am-9. I tried ordering with Grub,dash etc. I go to finish checking out and it says they are closed. Today I tried around 5:21pm, finished my order in 9 min and they were suddenly closed? Called to clarify and it went to a voice-mail, which is odd..because it's a restaurant lol.

The cashier experience was okay. The smoothie tasted great! I wasn't happy that I initially asked the cashier if the new smoothie qualified for the $5 Friday promo and she said yes. When I got to the register, sheer charged me $6. It wasn't a big difference but it would have been nice to know in advance. I also thought it was nice that a gentleman came outside to the drive-thru line and informed us that the credit card machine was down so he advised us before we got to the speaker that we would need cash.

Hello,nI came 20 minutes out of my way because your location was the only one open at 6:30AM. When I arrived, the worker advised you wouldn't open until approximately 7:15AM because he was in the store alone. While I understand him being alone, is there a way you can change the hours or let the public know in instances such as these as I would not have taken that trip.nnI tried to email the location directly, but when I went to the contact us page on the website it stated you were no longer accepting surveys. There was no other place for me to contact someone at the location.nnI gave a 3 star rating as I have faith this is a good location, just one bad experience for me.nnThank you.

I went through the driv thru and ordered my usual smoothie. A young employee? my receipt says Lizeth B. gave me my drink and and it was not filled. I asked her what happened and she said that all that was made. Smh. She had an attitude. Fortunately another employee named Taquira was pleasant and resolved the problem. Otherwise I had already decided to not return but go to Arden's Garden. Thank you Taquira for good customer service.
