Customer service here is rude AF. Pregnant lady at counter is disrespectful and has an awful attitude. I would fire her immediately. No room for people like that at your business.nnWhat’s the point in having the plastic guard up to “protect” from COVID if you just have me walk around to the register and be face to face and hand to hand with cashier? Doesn’t make sense. And the rude one wasn’t even wearing a mask or using gloves when handling the food.nnAlso- came for pickup because the delivery driver never came to work. And still had to wait an extra 20min to pick up my pizza. It’s 11:30. They just opened. No customers. What is happening.

I was on hold for exactly 15 minutes and 27 seconds. I drove in on hold and when I showed her the phone the young lady behind the counter said they were busy. However I am standing in a restaurant where there were only 2 customers. Then placed my order and waited an additional 35 minutes for 1 large meat pizza. One delivery guy was walking around with no mask and no gloves. Two other drivers were sitting around on their cell phones, while the one young man making pizzas was slow. I love Marcos but this is the closest one to me. I am sure everyone has a part that they play, but it is customer service . I am sitting here listening to phones ring and business lost cause I am sure they did what I should have done HUNG UP!! Worst service ever!

I ordered online for pickup at 12:45 got here at 12:42 so I know it should be ready I was told the manager name tommy was the one who was supposed to make my pizza but he walked out the store without doing it now I'm still sitting here waiting on paid food that should have been ready by 12:55 I was told I have to wait 15 minutes for my pizza is done. This is the first time I had a bad experience with Marcos they need to
