Thanks a ton to Urban Automotive Locksmith. Their team came on time, replaced few expired locks, and installed new deadbolts (pins too) in the main door lock. Just because of these fine services, I escaped from a break-in attempt. Burglars couldn’t open the lock, just damaged a bit. Would recommend.

Very aggressive. I called for an estimate they called me multiple times with gorilla tactics to offer a discount when I told them I was shopping around. Women should beware of intimating tactics.
I wish I could leave a ZERO! We stood outside for hours waiting on a locksmith, being given a new 1 hour window each time we called after waiting the hour! Right into the middle of the night! Finally came at 7 am the next morning. Charged $185 for a locksmith gave a $15 tip, total $200. Looked at my card statement to see an extra charge of $185. Immediately called only to be transferred to a call center that after 15 mins said the person wasn’t available. Each time I called back to get help I was transferred back to the line before I could complete a sentence or just hung up on! After an hour and showing up to pretty much an abandoned car repair shop. I was able to convince someone to actually listen and was told we have logged your concerns and a manager will call you back to assist! It doesn’t take an hour to have done that in the first place! This was the absolute WORST customer service EVER! I will NEVER use them again if needed and don’t suggest anyone else use them either!
