I love this place. I've worked out here before, it's a great gym that's a bit old school, and there's nothing wrong with that. Also a great local place to get a great workout amongst great people.
Their membership fee is on the high side when compared to Planet Fitness, and the place in kinda small. But if you think you require an experienced Personal Trainer, or Instructor lead workout classes, then this is the place for you.
