Atlas is such a vibe. There’s not many gyms you can go to that doesn’t put pressure on you to already know what you’re doing and make sure you look good doing it. There’s plenty for any and everyone to do. Staff is patient and extremely personable. Facility is clean and spacious enough to not be in anyone’s way or too close to anyone. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.
Atlas S&C is a space for everyone! From those who have never touched a weight before to the most dedicated athletes, there’s a spot to fit in. Locally owned & operated, this is a high quality facility with staff who are there to see their members flourish. Sign up is super easy & transparent. Hype to be a part of it!
I've reached goals I never thought I'd attain since coming to this gym. I've definitely developed a love for lifting from being here. Great family-oriented environment and Alex is an AWESOME trainer!
