I had a great experience working with the Estes team. Justin was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right system for my property. After reviewing different bids, Estes was competitively priced and included above and beyond service. Fray and Sonny installed the new system today and were very professional. I will be using Estes in the future and would happily recommend to others.

Estes installed 2 heating and air units in our home. The team working on this project was Jordan, Brad, Davis and Mitchell. They were very knowledgeable thorough respectful and professional. They all worked well together and their service was seamless. Thank you to these 4 gentleman for an job well done.

We have a disposal issue. Non-working disposal is not critical but apparently, I like to use it 100X a day so I was very happy to get a quick response from your front office. Bravo to your great communication, quick scheduling to help and the updates today regarding the arrival of our tech. Big bravo to Jonathan from Electrical. This is exactly the type of person you want representing your brand: on point, focused on assessing the situation, great personality and when he discovered that our request (check switch for disposal) was not the issue (its actually the disposal) he quickly addressed and scheduled that tech to come. Love great service and this was top notch. We have used you before so I am not surprised by the quality but a great reminder of why we will call you again and will gladly refer you.

Geovani and Carlos were on time, very friendly and helpful. They took out my old furnace and replaced it with a new one they also installed a new outlet in my ceiling. They asked me where I wanted it and always made sure it was what I want. I would call them anytime if I had a problem in the future. Estes Heating & Air is a great company with great people working for them. Thank you so much for your fast response

Marcus was very professional, courteous, and he arrived an half hour early! While the job required two people, he performed the job alone!- He deserves 10 stars for the outstanding service he provided to me and my puppy Diamond. KUDOS Marcus and Diamond says hello!
