Over priced. They want 9 dollars for a warm gallon of water. Then they wanted 3 dollars for a CORE bottle of water. Definitively lost my business.

The only positive experience at this location is that the owner makes it his business to frequently refer to customers by first name, but that's where his sincerity ends. Subsequently, he ruins the sentiment by either shortchanging or over-charging his customers. The store's receipts are not itemized so it makes it difficult to identify the scam.
