One of the finest contractors that I have ever worked with. From the initial contact, through the installation, and post installation check in, Solar Rising was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their work was well done, very neat and they delivered a terrific finished product. They performed the work as agreed to, on time and with an excellent team of professionals. the system is performing as designed. We couldn't be happier.

Can't say enough about customer service! An appointment was set up quickly even during this pandemic and Neal came out to look at what I thought was a problem. Without even a discussion he was up on the roof saying that he knew what to do having looked at the pictures I sent. He's not only agile, quick and careful but courteous and extremely competent. It turned out not to be a problem of theirs but he took the worry away with a thorough inspection!! I would hire them back in a minute if I had more room for more panels!!

Within a few days after I contacted Solar Rising, they visited my house, analyzed my electrical bills and sent a clear and brief proposal. When I accepted their quote, they performed the installation on a tight schedule so I could hit a year-end deadline for maximizing the federal deduction. The folks have been extremely responsive and it's been a pleasure to deal with Solar Rising from the initial bid through the turnkey installation!

Of any service I have received ever, I can't think of a better experience. I receive immediate responses almost every time when I need information or have questions. Their responses usually go far beyond my expectations. The install happened only in the past 1-2 months, but from start to finish my experience was superb.
