Great gym to work out at. Cool people. Decent facilities. Only issue is lack of nicer showers and a water fountain. Other than that great place to work out at.
Be ready to get after it because it is a gut buster from start to finish. Reminded me how important cardio was plus the class really pushes you to the limit. I'm sore but looking forward to another class
