8:00 am on a Sunday and decided to get a ham egg cheese sandwich. Saw the picture and thought a bagel looked good so was a little surprised when I got a croissant. Was never given or asked an option. Appeared like it was over toasted or microwaved. Ham was dried like bacon, cheese was not soft but hard like it was sitting out. No flavor at all. Had my companion try it to see if I was being to critical. He agreed. Will never complain about airplane food again.nnOn the upside the price was fair. That being said I may try the bagel next time and ask for salt and pepper.

I will visit again, as this was one of the best airport sandwiches I've ever had. I like the quiet eating area as well! I got there Turkey avocado and it was great!

I've come here a few times. I've tried to give them a chance. All times I've encountered poor customer service and subpar products. Today I ordered a bagel because I was in a hurry and it's a bagel so I thought it would be difficult to screw up. To my surprise, when I went to eat my bagel I noticed that it had been burned and yet still wrapped up and served to me. This place has the audacity to put bread in their name. What a joke.

This is an International airport location. Even though their menu appears that they serve a full range of meals during service hours, they do not! It would be helpful if they would have signage stating this information instead of standing in line 20 minutes and realizing they do not. On many occasions I was served soup or sandwiches at breakfast time. Apparently, it just depends on what they feel like doing that day. Very inconsistent business practices, unfortunately!

Great California Avocado Sandwich!nSuper fresh and tasty! A nice, light healthy meal that is perfect while traveling.nMy visit was on a Thursday evening.nThis location on Concourse C has free phone chargers as well!
