Been through here multple times and the Terminal E location at least is an absolute joke.nn0/10 customer service skills.n1/10 reliability.n0/10 cleanliness.nnThey're rude, dirty, and never have what you want off the menu. They'll even pretend like they don't make/stock something that's clearly on the menu above their heads.nnThis location needs to be closed. Going hungry is better than experiencing this place.
It was horrible...I don’t expect much as it is McDonald’s, however, the service was a disaster, no one seemed to be in charge as everyone I saw that ordered before and after us had to explain (to whoever they could get to listen) what they had paid for a drink.nThe burgers were gross...it was 11:00 am so they should have been recently made but were obviously from the prior evening.nAND they won’t list it as an option in their search engine to make an actual complaint to corporate.
This location is gross. I see why they have a B as a health score rating. I normally do not eat at restaurants below 90 but I only wanted fries. None of the employees wore a hair net. None of the employees had their hair pulled back, it was hanging freely while preparing food. The person who packed the bags did not have any gloves on.
The employees need an actual manager or someone to show some Management skills and teach these girls how to take care of customers needs. So much attitude and unwillingness to make it less painful while we stand wait ten minutes for a happy meal
Literally the slowest McDs I’ve ever seen. I thought airports were supposed to be fast????
