Helpfull and knowledgeable staff !!! Wanted to say that Brian from information desk at the international went above and beyong in customer service to recover a lost luggage that I was trying to locate it for 5 months, I come to the airport several times and everybody just sent me to the online claims and just no interestnto solve the issues , even right after the flight i stated in the airport for several hours and they were just passing me from a desk to another .. my parents flew to Atl and lost one luggage .. due to co-vid the airline had no more flights from Atlanta and it was almost impossible to get someone on the phone to locate the lost luggage after multible claims to airline and lost and found I was not successful and I lost hope. .. Brian even that was not even his job he made multiple phone calls to everyone he can think of he use all the information I give him wisely and search intense for it for a good while and after all the efort we actually located the luggage . Veryimpressed with his custumer serice skills ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4d ud83dudc4c no words to Thank you so much ..... best employee in that airport so far .

Fairly easy airport to navigate. Most things look newer and taken care of. Security was busy but efficient. Good handicap accommodations. Some elevators are quite far when taking the trains. The elevators tend to be at either end. Also, they have service animal pit stops - awesome! Thanks!
