My experience with Say Yes To Profits was amazing! Octavia was very transparent and communicated each step. She made sure to break things down so I'd understand exactly what we were doing and provided knowledge to better prepare me moving forward when it comes to my taxes. My taxes were prepared and filed in a timely & professional manner. All around A+ customer service. I've recommended her to others and they've thanked me. I'm grateful for Say Yes To Profits for making my first tax preparer experience one to remember and boast about. I will be a repeat customer.

When COVID19 extended the tax deadline date, I decided that's great and no problem, I will get it done by May 15. Then it was June 15, and alas July 15 was approaching quickly. I completed the information needed to upload to Say Yes To Profits on the early morning hours of July 13. On July 15, my husband and I did the e-sign on our tax paperwork. We have been using Say Yes To Profits for our tax returns since 2016. The professionalism, efficiency, and personal response is what keeps us coming back year after year. I highly recommend Say Yes To Profits and the leadership of the CEO, Octavia Conner.

Knowledgeable!!! I used to go to another firm who incorrectly advised me on my previous taxes, so I changed to Octavia and Say Yes To Profits. Octavia explained the tax process and how to reduce my tax liabilities in the future. She was professional, thorough, and patiently answered all of my questions/concerns. Say Yes To Profits, Octavia and her staff are awesome. Say Yes to Profits has done my businesses bookkeeping for the past 2 years. Initially, the first year my books needed clean up - Octavia and Staff was great in walking me through every step for accounting for all transactions. Now the process is seamless and I am able to provide accurate accounting of my business to reflect a true P&L.
