In the four years we have been using this pharmacy, we have never had a smooth experience. They are completely unorganized. They have taken my prescription and set it down on a table, told me to come back in 45 minutes and completely forgotten about it. They then told me that’s what happened! Multiple times we have been told to “swing back around” and it’s still not ready. Recently, my partner had surgery and was in terrible pain and we could not get his medication for 2 hours. Today, I tried to pick up an Rx that my doctor called in 2 weeks ago. The first time i tried to fill it they said they had to special order it. I never got an alert to pick it up. I finally went to get it today and they couldn’t even locate it in the system. There is ALWAYS a problem. I use CVS because my family always has. We will take our business to a locally owned pharmacy moving forward. I am so disappointed with this place.

No help. 3 customers waiting, self checks neeeded attention. Ask if she was the only one there. Yed but he was doing paper in the office. REALLY! 2pm and NO customer service.

Comically understaffed. Expect to spend a lot of time. They tend to limit inventory for some Rx medicines, in my experience.

Terrible customer service, awful pharmacy, makes a lot of mistakes and many times prescriptions are not ready when promised.

I went into CVS to purchase a couple skincare products. It was a quick in and out trip because i knew exactly what i needed. I went up to the cash register and as soon and i get to the register, keep in mind i was the only one ready to checkout because the store was not busy and quite empty. The lady as soon as i reach the register asks if i would like to use the self checkout. I was kind of taken back and shocked because there wasn’t a need for me to use self-checkout. There were 2 ladies there and were not busy. They were both snacking and drinking. I found it very rude. That to me is laziness. Why couldn’t she of just checked me out? There were no other customers. I pay for my items and then leave the store. I am upset because i find that rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I later call customer service and ask to speak with the manager. When I get on the phone i ask if it’s the manager and the girl says she can help me. I am still unsure if that was even the manager but after explaining my problem to whom ever it was i spoke with, i am led to believe that because of her response, she was not the manager.
