I cannot be happier with the service here. I have a favorite 32 year old Watch. Haven’t been able to find a replacement spiedel band. Have looked in jewelry stores in Falmouth, Hyannis, Cape Cod Mall with no luck. Was in the Commons & went to Elfstone. Not in stock, but jeweler looked in a catalogue. The one I wanted no longer available, but we chose a different one. Came in overnight. He cleaned up the watch & attached & adjusted the band. I am thrilled.nThank you Elfstone.

Beautiful variety of handcrafted jewelry! It's a great place to pick out a gift or have a custom piece made. These jewelers are so incredibly talented, attentive and kind! My parents had a custom bracelet engraved for me a few years back for Christmas. My mom told them she understood if it couldn't be ready in time. They had it ready just in time for Christmas and it was perfect. I absolutely love it.nnI was in the store recently after I noticed the center stone in my engagement ring was a bit loose. They polished and tightened it up for me right then there and I am so blown away by the quality of service, kindness and care at Elfstone. I will be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for unique, gorgeous, handmade jewelry.
