As a long time customer I've finally decided to stop shopping at L.L. Bean due to a recent interaction with the retail management at this location. I continued to buy LL Bean products even after they abandoned their lifetime guarantee policy, because I believed in supporting a New England based company. the arrogance of the manager is astounding, if this is what LL Bean considers customer service then I really will take her advice and stop shopping at L.L. Bean.

Its ll bean. What more do you need to know. If you can afford it, its worth it. Go to the clearance racks first
