Amazing ice cream. Recommend the signature frappes, sundaes and unusual ice cream flavors. Many size/portion options. Plan ahead. It can take a while to decide what to get. Cheerful, nice staff.nnThey also found a way to make it work in 2020. Order online before arriving and plan to wait 5-20 min, depending on your order. Some orders require a lot of labor to complete. They are willing to limit orders (i.e. make less $) to follow Covid guidelines.nnPlease remember to tip and be patient. If you refuse to follow 2020 order-ahead rules, can't handle being nice and/or are in a rush, then please don't go. Other customers and hard-working staff don't need you.

One of our favorite ice cream places. Thank you for being open during this time. It was nice to be able to take the kids and grab some of their favs. Then head to the beach and have our ice cream.nOrder form is available online and super easy to use. We arrived during our window and didn’t have to wait long at all. They come right over to the car for payment and bring back order quickly.nEmployees super friendly and safe everyone wearing masks and gloves.nAlso love that you have vegan ice cream options and not just sorbet for those with dairy allergies, thanks!

I never post reviews but hearing about the treatment of this small business and its HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN employees from other customers I would like to give my review.nnPolar Cave's ice cream has amazing ice cream, definitely the best on cape and the ice cream cake I got from there for my birthday one year was my favorite cake I've ever gotten. That being said, whenever I have mentioned Polar Cave to my friends I've raved more heavily on the customer service. The place was always busy when I've gone but no matter how long I've had to wait in line I've never been bored. Especially the owner always brought kindness and entertainment to me in line. Very few places have stuck to me as places where I remember good customer service (usually I only remember the bad) but I remember the exceptionally good customer service.nnPolar Cave has the best ice cream on cape and the best customer service on cape, even during a time when caring for customers is inconvenient for customers.

This place is a must-stop everytime we pass by. Best ice cream on the Cape and I love the waffle cones made-to-order.

Polar Cave has always been my favorite ice cream place on cape cod and I’m so happy you have been open! I have used their order form about five times now and it’s super easy and the service is always great! Cookie Monster and your raspberry sorbet are my favorites!!
