I just love this store.. I’ve never waited long at all and the delivery drivers are always quick and nice. They always go out of their way to do the best they can during these uncertain times

Made my order totally wrong and when I came back to say my order was wrong the girl was very defensive and told me that what I was stating was not what was on the receipt! I had to physically open up the sandwiches to show her that the sandwiches were incorrect! Then she finally made my sandwiches over not until I proved it was wrong!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!! If it’s wrong and I’m asking for them to be remade I shouldn’t have to put up a fight! Then she also said she wasn’t gonna help me if I don’t stop being so mad!!!!!!! Why do I have to though so much just to get my food corrected

This store is horrible!!!! Every time we place an order here we always have a problem. Today Dave calls and tells me that his driver has two flat tires and is unable to make the delivery. SERIOUSLY!!! TWO FLAT TIRES. AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVER WORKING ON A SATURDAY!!!!nThe time before this the delivery person wouldn’t come to the door because our cat was laying down in the sun on the walkway. We have been so disappointed with the Jimmy Johns in Georgia since moving here. Miss my Florida spot. BYE BYE JIMMY JOHNS

Always a GREAT experience at this location!! Food is fresh and fast. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The owner Danielle is a Rockstar!!
