This is the third and final bad experience I’ve had with this store. The employees seem like they care more about cracking jokes than making decently tasting smoothies. Produce did not look fresh. Manager was not wearing a mask, another employee was wearing a bandana. Watching them make the smoothies, you’ll see that they aren’t cautious about ingredient proportions. Keep in mind, they don’t do refunds, but they’ll offer to make you another smoothie to make it “taste different”. I would expect this kind of service if they had long lines, but it’s usually near dead empty. Take your business to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe that’s just down the road.
I used to like coming here but not anymore. I would come in after my workouts and get a smoothie at night but these two kids keep closing early. It is 830 I try to walk in they just ignore me with their backs to the door. The open sign is still on and says they close at 9. The same two kids also make awful tasting smoothies so I dodged the bullet on that one. I will find another place.
If I could mark NO STARS I would. Service is horrible and it’s because of management! There is nothing fresh or natural about these smoothies. Everything is flavored powder. Do go!! Try Jamba Juice or tropical cafe!!!!
This Smoothie King is terrible. None of their people are on the same page. All websites say they are open until 9pm. I go through the drive through at 8:45pm and no one responds. I walk in and they tell me the drive-in is closed and closes at 8:50. So next time I go in the store at 8:50pm they tell me they are closed and the whole store closes at 8:50pm, even though they are making a smoothie for a guy in from of me.nnMy schedule makes it hard for me to get there earlier. If they aren't really open till 9pm, they should update their website accordingly.
Bre was absolutely amazing and made my experience wonderful all while handling a full line at the drive through window!nWhat an amazing person!
