Great sandwich

I ordered food to be delivered to my job. The driver left the order with the front desk without letting me know he was there,which is totally fine. I was busy working with patients. He leaves and calls my phone back to back. I thought there was something wrong so I stepped away from my patient to answer. The driver called my phone to ask if I was leaving a tip!! I was completely shocked. I asked him was he in front so I could come sign the receipt/leave a tip. He said he had already left and would write on the receipt for me! Lol what??nnI just find it so unprofessional for your employees to call multiple times asking about tips. I stepped away from my patient to answer my phone because I thought there was an emergency but it was jimmy johns? When he could’ve called and had me come to the front desk when he was in the building.nnSo I wrote jimmy johns and the franchise owner was to reach out to me. That was over a month ago. Never heard from them.

It was very relaxing. The music was great. A perfect place to dine during our covid-19 recovery.

Worst experience I’ve had at any Jimmy Johns ever!!! I went in the store to pick up and order I originally planned for delivery, but when it was taking too long I decided to to pick it up. After calling 10 times with no answer, when I got there the employees were on their cell phones. When I asked why they couldn’t answer their work phone, they said they were busy. They proceeded to make my order wrong and give me attitude. To make my life worse , the bread on my sandwiches were hard. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Always surprised by how quick their service is. The bread and meat are always so fresh.
