I Found some type of pet hair or white or grey hair in my pizza. I called to obviously make someone aware. I was immediately placed on hold for about 14 minutes. The manager was unapologetic about the hold time and the incident. He stated “this is my first time hearing about anything like that”. I would’ve hoped so. The customer service was not pleasant at all. I was offered a credit for my “next” purchase. Obviously my family’s dinner was ruined tonight!

We ordered three pizzas tonight. One pizza with everything on it which came out fine. One large cheese pizza which came out fine. And one pizza with buffalo sauce cheese and chicken which they forgot to put the sauce on the chicken or on the pizza. So it was missing an ingredient and when explaining this to the person on the phone all she could say was basically nothing and then hung up on me. I decided not to drive all the way back there to swap out the pizzas on their mistake so I guess it's no wonder some of these locations closed down when you have employees like that topped with inaccurate orders. I know things can happen but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference and tonight they failed. I gave him one star for each of the good pizzas and zero stars for the bad.

I’m not going to talk about the fact that delivery was over and hour. I ordered the boneless wings and they were not fully cooked. That’s a big no-no. So I suggest you check the food quality before feeding your kids.

Ordered a take out pizza, pizza was ready in time but had to wait 10 minutes to get waited on to pick up pizza. Only one person working at this location. Making pizza, setting up for delivery drivers and running the register. Poorly managed.

Ordered online over 1.5 hours ago. App has been showing order out for delivery for over 30 minutes. Called the store and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes without anyone answering. Hung up, called back and was told they have 2 drivers and over 20 delivery orders. So, the associate could not give me an ETA on my order. Just that “it’s on the road.” This is the second time this has happened. This location needs better management.
