Their process for preparing and handing off your order was very efficient. When i walked in, i could readily see a screen that showed when my order would be ready and what was happening with it. The workers were also constantly moving, making sure orders were correct and presented in a timely fashion. Kudos to the team! I've seen FAR TOO MANY places where the team seemingly didn't care to be at work.

Ordered at 5:02 PM and was told it would deliver in about 45 mins. I called at 6:10 and was told the driver was leaving with my pizza and it would be at the house shortly (only had my order and one other to deliver). I then called at 6:45 asking where the pizza was... the pizza then delivered at 7:45 PM, 2 hrs and 45 mins after I ordered (after I made a frozen pizza so my kids could eat and go to bed). If this was Super Bowl Night or something I would understand, however this happened on Wednesday night. Called the store and they had no idea what happened.

I didn’t get no pizza and waited for more than a hour an 30, I called them, they claimed they left it on my porch which is false Bc I’ve literally been outside waiting. They offered another one and I took it but I waited basically 2+ hours for pizza...

This was our very first order at this Pizza Hut, and let me confess, I am certainly certainly returning back to it :)nCurbside contactless delivery service was perfectly executed by a bunch of energetic, courteous and polite staff. Ask them to place the pizza anywhere in your car, and such will be efficiently done to allow you enjoy a truly contactless delivery.nnNow coming to the quality of the pizza. It was undountedly outstanding, and lived up truly to PH's legacy of quality. My wife and I always prefer veggie pizzas, and this one in our opinion has the highest density of green pepper and black olives.nnKeep up the great show guys ud83dudc4d
