04/08/21nnOnline and at the front door it states that they close at 9pm, got here around 7:50pm and the door was locked, lights still on but no one inside. I asked the people sitting at the bench if they knew if they had closed early and they both said yes, the worker got out two minutes ago and was in their car right next to them. Don’t know if they had actually closed early because there was nothing posted on the door. Also two days ago, when I went inside I was ignored for 5 minutes by one of the female workers who did not greet me or offer any assistance. I was not helped until her coworker came from the back. This certain location needs major improvements.

The last few times I've went to this location they have been severely understaffed. I'm not understanding the logic in having ONE person behind the register and that same person having to make the smoothies as well? There were 5 people in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie. The second time I walked in and saw 7 people in line with the same one person behind the counter having to take the orders and make the smoothies. I just walked out and refused to come to this location again. Have more staff working at once! It only makes sense! No one wants to wait 20 min in a long line for a smoothie.

Smoothie was great. But customer service was not. He did not greet anyone walking into the establishment. Once I said hello he responded though. But what’s so hard about greeting customers when they walk in?

Definitely not a place for black customers.nnNEVER have I been to a Smoothie King establishment where they won’t give you a small cup if there’s still some of your smoothie left in the container. But this blonde cashier refused. Her excuse?nn“It’ll mess up our inventory.”nnWHAT?!?! If you are going to bold-face lie, AT LEAST come up with a lie that makes sense! Smh.nnOh and before you ask: It was only me and two other customers in there..who i had to wait on cause they couldn’t figure out what they wanted and Blondie was the only person in the store ud83dude44
